Disclaimer
General
Trading or investing in bonds, commodities, cryptocurrencies, derivatives such as futures and options, equities, foreign exchange, mutual funds, and/or other similar capital packages involves high risk. One must be mindful that every trade taken is associated with risks, which includes chances of losing more than your entire capital. Anyone's past performance trading or investing in these instruments is not necessarily an indication of your future results. This means, avoiding losses and making consistent profits by infusing your hard-earned money requires thorough knowledge on the nature of these instruments and on how the inbuilt influential parameters across global market cycle's function.
Educational Purpose
Trading like any other professions also requires appropriate education and experience which builds with time, sometimes years. The content shared through PriceTime Trading is our contribution to train and enhance financial literacy of viewers and enthusiasts towards making better decisions on trades. However, it should not be taken as professional advice.
PriceTime Trading is not a registered investment advisor, broker, dealer, or financial planner. The information provided through our website, courses, videos, indicators, and any other content is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
PriceTime Trading is not responsible for any loss to any person/entity caused by any short-coming, inaccuracy inadvertently or otherwise crept through the content shared by us. We do not take liability for any actions taken by an individual/group/entity solely based on the content shared by us. Thus, PriceTime Trading requests you to review the prospectus carefully by obtaining professional advice in specific to legal, tax and financial implications of trading/investing, while simultaneously pursuing your self-learning.
No Guarantee of Results
Enrollment in any PriceTime Trading course or use of our trading indicators does not guarantee trading proficiency, financial returns, or any specific outcome. Markets are inherently unpredictable and past performance, whether our own or that of our students, is not indicative of your future results.
Backtested or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike live trading, backtested results do not account for the psychological and emotional factors that significantly influence real-time decision-making — including fear, greed, hesitation, and overconfidence. These emotional forces often lead to deviations from a strategy that would otherwise perform differently under purely mechanical execution. Additionally, backtested strategies are designed with the benefit of hindsight and are based on historical data. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown in any backtested or simulated results.

Refund Policy
PriceTime Trading is committed to delivering high-quality trading education. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
Course Enrollment Refunds
Within 7 days of enrollment: If you are unsatisfied with the course content and have completed less than 20% of the course material, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment date. Refund requests must be submitted via email with your enrollment details and reason for the request.
After 7 days or 20% completion: Refunds are not available once 7 days have passed from the enrollment date or if more than 20% of the course material has been accessed, whichever occurs first. This is because digital educational content, once accessed, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Trading Indicators
Due to the digital nature of trading indicators and scripts, all indicator purchases are final and non-refundable once the indicator has been delivered and access has been granted. We encourage you to review indicator descriptions, screenshots, and any available trial or demo versions before purchasing.
Live Sessions & Workshops
Refund requests for live sessions must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, enrollment date, course or product name, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Exceptions
PriceTime Trading reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused, such as repeated enrollment and refund cycles.
Risk Disclosure
This Risk Disclosure statement is provided in accordance with good practice to ensure that you are aware of the risks associated with trading and investing in financial markets. Please read this carefully before engaging in any trading activity.
General Risk Warning
Trading and investing in financial instruments including but not limited to forex, commodities, indices, futures, options, cryptocurrencies, and other derivative products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
Market Volatility
Financial markets are subject to periods of high volatility where prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Market gaps, slippage, and rapid price movements can result in trades being executed at prices significantly different from intended levels. Past market behaviour is not a reliable indicator of future market behaviour.
Leverage Risk
Many trading instruments involve the use of leverage, which means you may be required to deposit only a fraction of the total trade value. While leverage can amplify profits, it equally amplifies losses. It is possible to lose more than your initial deposit when trading on margin. You should fully understand the implications of leveraged trading before engaging in such activity.
Derivatives Risk
Futures, options, and other derivative instruments are complex products that carry additional risks beyond those of their underlying assets. These include but are not limited to time decay, expiration risk, assignment risk, and counterparty risk. You should have a thorough understanding of these risks before trading derivatives.
Cryptocurrency Risk
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and largely unregulated in many jurisdictions. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically within very short periods. There is a risk of total loss of capital, exchange failure, hacking, regulatory changes, and technology failures. Cryptocurrency trading may not be protected by financial compensation schemes available to traditional financial products.
Technical Analysis Limitations
The technical analysis methods, price action strategies, time cycle analysis, and trading indicators taught and provided by PriceTime Trading are tools for analysis, not guarantees of market direction or trading success. No method of analysis can predict market movements with certainty. All analysis should be combined with sound risk management practices and your own due diligence.
Regulatory Considerations
Trading regulations differ across jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your country or region. PriceTime Trading does not provide advice on the regulatory requirements of any specific jurisdiction.
Emotional & Psychological Risk
Trading can be emotionally demanding and psychologically stressful. Fear, greed, overconfidence, and other emotional factors can lead to poor decision-making and significant financial losses. We strongly recommend developing a structured trading plan and adhering to strict risk management rules before committing real capital.
Seek Professional Advice
Before making any financial decisions, you should seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed financial advisor to ensure that you understand the risks involved and that any trading activity is appropriate for your financial situation, investment objectives, and level of experience.
By using PriceTime Trading's website, courses, indicators, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Risk Disclosure statement.

- Your physical or electronic signature

If a user repeatedly posts infringing material after being notified, their access to our platforms — including courses, community groups, and any associated services — may be permanently revoked without refund.
